Tyler is where the salon sits, but a good many of Gina's regulars drive in from the towns around it — often because they had the same stylist for years and weren't inclined to change.

| Arp | about 13 miles | West into Tyler on 135 — a short run for a cut or a colour touch-up. |
| Troup | about 17 miles | North on 110, the same road that runs past the salon. |
Distances are approximate and depend on which side of town you're starting from.
Planning the trip
If you're driving in, a couple of things make it easier:
- Book rather than walk in. Walk-ins are welcome, but if you're coming twenty minutes it's worth knowing the chair is free when you arrive.
- Colour needs more time. A cut is quick; colour, balayage and perms are longer appointments. Say what you want when you call so enough time is set aside.
- Bring the whole family in one trip. A lot of out-of-town clients do cuts for everyone in one visit rather than making the drive twice.
